Ozmate Consultant provides advisory and consultancy services across Health & Safety, Environmental Management, and Property Risk & Compliance. The specific scope, deliverables and timelines for each engagement are defined in a written proposal or quote provided prior to commencement.
Our recommendations are based on information available at the time of assessment and relevant legislation, codes of practice and standards. While we apply professional skill and care, the client remains responsible for implementing recommendations and maintaining ongoing compliance.
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information, reasonable site access, and timely cooperation necessary for Ozmate to perform the agreed services. Delays or inaccuracies in information provided may affect deliverables and timelines.
Ozmate treats all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required to deliver services or as required by law.
Fees are as set out in the relevant proposal or quote. Payment terms will be specified in your engagement documentation. Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees, agreed in writing beforehand.
Our consulting services are covered by professional indemnity and public liability insurance. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided under the relevant engagement.
